Doors

I added a new kind of door that can be unlocked with a key. These will be much rarer than the usual level doors.

I also finally got around to creating a new bitmap font for the game. It looks much better than the old one. The font is based on a font created by Daniel Werneck called Paper Cuts 2. It fits Hubert’s world perfectly, if I do say so myself :-P
